Vladimir Barzov is a tech entrepreneur with a background in systems development, data modeling, and crypto trading. He is passionate about the intersection of technology and commerce in their service to humanity.
Vladimir has worked for big corporations like Goldman Sachs, Medtronic, and Google across various geographies including the US, the UK, Japan, Switzerland, and Singapore. He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Maths and Economics from MIT, as well an MBA from INSEAD. He is a math aficionado and has won gold medals from the IMO.

Dias is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for the overall technology strategy for CACHE.GOLD. He is a crypto evangelist and a privacy advocate; a strong believer that the KYC and Identity space is broken and needs to be fixed.
Dias was previously involved in the research on Banker’s Risk Taking during the GFC. He created the first few smart contract applications for integrating hard assets like gold and silver into the crypto ecosystem, as well as the first crypto to gold ATM that was featured in Coindesk. He was previously part of a startup that was listed as one of the top 8 Crypto Fintech startups in Singapore.

Mr. Tradfi Business Head is currently head of a major derivatives revenue line at an international financial institution. He is deeply appreciative of the novelty, simplicity, and elegance of DBOE options product, and is personally invested in the project. He has eagerly agreed to advise the project and help it to scale, however he wishes to remain anonymous for the time being.

Lily Pham started her career in the crypto business with a Singapore start-up specializing in cryptocurrency and internet marketing at a time when crypto was still in its infancy. She then transitioned from crypto to Meta, where she offered payment assistance and protected consumers and companies from financial fraud on Facebook throughout the world. Lily is currently focusing all of her attention and effort on creating an impact in the cryptocurrency ecosystem with DBOE. She is responsible for overseeing and supervising DBOE’s expansion in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Lily has committed to working full-time with DBOE to build a secure and healthy crypto ecosystem, offering investors a highly tradeable and scalable options market with improved products and increased risk management.

During his spare time (if any left), he brightened up his name by leading “the only team from Singapore” who was nominated for the Global Finalist for the NASA Space App Challenge 2021.

He is a chartered ergonomist and human factors specialist and registered member of CIEHF (UK), with a Masters in applied ergonomics and human factors from University of Nottingham, covering human-computer interactions and ergonomics. Kevin is adept in user experience experimental design, mixed methods, statistical analysis and user-centric design thinking.
In his early career, he has had experiences with two start-ups in product design, business case development, and currently works at a multinational energy supermajor.
