James is currently serves at the Chief Commercial Officer at Zodia Custody, a specialized organization offering digital asset custody services to institutional clients by Standard Chartered. Prior to this role, James occupied a similar position at Crypto Compare, an organization specializing in providing cryptocurrency exchange ranking data and designing index baskets for global financial institutions. His extensive professional journey includes key roles at distinguished financial institutions such as Citi and Standard Chartered Bank. Further enhancing his leadership and strategic prowess, James served as Chief of Staff at Diginex after Diginex's acquisition of Altairian Capital in 2019. Altairian Capital, a digital asset management and custody company, was co-founded by James himself.

Dias is known as a crypto evangelis, privacy advocate and Chief Technology Officer at a prominent Crypto firm in Singapore. With a strong believer that the KYC and Identity space needs fixing, Dias brings expertise in integrating hard assets into the crypto system. Dias was previously involved in the research on Banker's Risk Taking during the GFC. He created the first few smart contract applications for integrating hard assets like gold and silver into the crypto ecosystem, as well as the first crypto to gold ATM that was featured in Coindesk. He also boasts recognition as a key figure in Singapore’s top 8 Crypto Fintech startups.

Vinh brings a wealth of experience to the team, having served as a Derivatives Product Manager for Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) and most recently, Binance. His professional journey began with a tech startup in 2010, prior to his entry into the financial industry, where he embarked on a venture with a volatility hedge fund and then a Tier-1 IB (Goldman Sachs, RSR Capital). Vinh fully appreciates the disruptive power of Blockchain and has been a strong advocate for it. Vinh and David are the masterminds behind the development of DBOE smart contracts.

David is a Data and Smart Contract expert. In his professional work, David conducted in-depth analysis of Blockchain technologies and led global project looking at Blockchain solutions. For DBOE, apart from smart contract development with Vinh, David is leading the analytical part leveraging this excellent expertise in this space. David earlier had working experience for various banks, the most recent one was with Standard Chartered Singapore as a Director of Performance Analytics.

Kevin oversees DBOE’s UX. Kevin is a chartered ergonomist and human factors specialist and registered member of CIEHF (UK), with a Masters in applied ergonomics and human factors from University of Nottingham. Kevin is adept in user experience experimental design, mixed methods, statistical analysis and user-centric design thinking. In his early career, he has had experiences with two start-ups in product design, business case development, and currently works at a multinational energy supermajor.

Lily runs the overall Operations for DBOE. Lily has vast experience working in different industries. Her last position was a risk investigator at Meta. Before Meta and DBOE, Lily played a pivotal role in a Singapore crypto start-up which pioneered in crypto trading platform, payment gateway as well as introducing the first Bitcoin ATM in Singapore. Lily holds a Master degree in Finance and Accounting from University of Westminster. Sciences and Technology (HUST).

Jonathan brings 15 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector, having held diverse roles throughout his career. He has managed products related to Futures and Options at the Singapore Exchange (SGX), worked on business development initiatives with IHS Market (now part of S&P Global), and managed risk at Credit Suisse. Jonathan has gained experience in technology startups, technology recruitment companies, and the Ministry of Education in Singapore.

Binh is in charge of DBOE’s marketing strategy. Having a deep understanding of the local community and KOLs network, Binh is dedicated to promoting DBOE to the crypto-savvy communities in Vietnam and in the region. Before DBOE, Binh held senior positions in tech start-ups, with a focus on gaming and EdTech. Binh holds degree in Computer Sciences from the Hanoi University of Sciences and Technology (HUST).
